Shah Rukh Khan’s Alibaug property matter is placed under scrutiny by the Income Tax Department. Reportedly, the Raees actor will not be cessation on the case untill December 2018 as the Income Tax department is currently investigating the case.

Badshah was actually accused for buying the Alibaug property under the false pretense of using it for agricultural purposes, and instead built a farmhouse on the land. He owns it under the name of Deja vu Farms Pvt Ltd., under Section 63 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (which stipulates that only a farmer can buy it). The property dispute has now reached New Delhi and there will be a hearing with both parties before giving an order in this matter.

19,960 sq meters luxurious mansion of 14.67 crore also have a swimming pool, a private helipad, a private football ground and a part of the beach.

As the actor is too busy in shooting for some of his upcoming flicks the date of provisional attachment order will be decided according to the authority’s load of work. As this altercation comes under ‘Benami Act’ it’s tough for the IT department to budge over it.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Anand L Rai’s Zero, with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. He is also postulated to star in Salute, an upcoming biopic on astronaut Rakesh Sharma.
