Raid Movie Review..

Star Cast: Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’Cruz, Saurabh Shukla

Director: Raj Kumar Gupta

Good part: The movie is shot in a special Tom and Jerry style between Ajay Devgn & Saurabh Shukla. The humorously written dailouges of the duo will make you laugh out loud through out the movie.

Bad Part: Talking about the bad part, then it’s only the unconvincing story at some places, some not needed songs and the inescapable love angles of Ajay and Ileana.

Script analysis: Taking you to the script of the movie, then hands-off to Ritesh Shah who had done a lot of research on those real events shown in the movie before he penned it down. Keeping in the mind to show the real facts and still keep the audience entertained is not a cup of tea.! The movie is packed with full Seeti-Maar dailouges and amazing storyline.

One of the best thing you will not escape in the movie is the screenplay by Ritesh and Raj Kumar Gupta. Right away from the first scene Gupta, ensure that the Honest character of Ajay and Crooked Saurabh is perfectly displayed and understood to the audience.

Star Performance: Coming to the immensly talented actors and their performances, we will start with Ajay Devgn. Yes the ‘actor is in mood’ as soon as he comes in sight on that celluloid. Ajay in and as Amay Patnaik the tailor would make you truely amaze at times. His passion for acting as a tailor will let you feel as real as possible.
Saurabh Shukla in and as Rameshwar Singh aka Tauji is totally the most entertaining character in the movie. His gets the most powerpacked dailouges and delivers them with utmost honesty, he will certainly make you remember that the boss is back with a bang..!!

Ileana D’Cruz in and as Malini Patnaik, the gorgeous beauty of Bollywood is the most charming personality of the movie. The good thing about her role is, it has not gone overboard which makes it acceptable. Amit Sial as Lallan Sudheer also makes his presence felt. His portrayal of the most side-splitting officer accompanying Ajay in the raid complements the witty layout. Pushpa Joshi as Saurabh Shukla’s mother is HILARIOUS, the most humourous thing about the movie and she has done an outstanding job.

Direction and Music: The man behind Aamir and No one kill Jessica: Raj Kumar Gupta has given amazing direction in the movie. Showing the whole lots of research on those real events in just 2 hours and still continue the humour quotient, makes the movie a real entertainment.

The recreated songs by Tanishk Bagchi turns to be the unnecessary elements of movie. Papon’s song by Amit Trivedi is placed well making it worth the story. Background score by Tanishk goes well with the narration and advances the scenes as per their mood.

Watch or not: If you want to enjoy some immensly talented actor’s performances and have a great entertainment then it’s a must watch for you, Cause Heroes Don’t Always Come In Uniform..!! 😎 😎
