Worst Superhero Bollywood Movies.

1. Ra.One (26 October, 2011)

In the film, Shah Rukh Khan plays a superhero while Arjun Rampal is
the supervillain in the movie. A lot of money has been spent on this

2. Indian Superman (29 May,1987)

The name ruined the credibility of a desi Superman. It was the first
movie to bring a real superhero to Indian screens. This film starred
Puneet Hissar, with huge body and the awkwardly worn red
underwear. Sadly, apart from the basic storyline of the film, there was
nothing that matched Hollywood’s Superman despite hard efforts.

3. Ajooba (12 April, 1991)

It was an ambitious Bollywood fantasy superhero film based on
Arbian mythology and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor
anbd Dimple Kapadia. For once, the audiences rejected what Amitabh
Bachchan had to offer.

4. Drona (2 October 2008)

Abishek Bachchan tried his luck with the film ‘Drona’. The film was
so bad that it is considered to be the worst superhero film ever.
Despite having great performers like Jaya Bachchan, Kay Kay Menon
and Priyanka Chopra on board, the movie failed and became a foolish
attempt at movie making.

5.GURU ( 18 July 1980)

It was basically a remake of Dharmendra’s 1973 thriller Jugnu. This
Tamil language film sought to set itself apart via the inclusion of the
pictured pink garbed caped crusader, who shows up in one scene to
dazzle a slackmouthed gang of hoods with his acrobatic skills before
disappearing from the picture altogether.

6. Shiva Ka Insaaf ( 15 March,1985)

Shiva Ka Insaaf was India’s second 3D film, and its first in the Hindi
language. Star Jackie Shroff appeals to the god Shiva for super
powers and gets them, along with a somewhat ill fitting leather
costume. There was an involvement of the 3D process in which
Jackie’s super powers mostly involved in throwing things directly into
the camera.

8.MR. INDIA ( 25 May 1987)

It is a Indian Hindi science fiction superhero film where Anil Kapoor,
uses the power of invisibility to defend Mother India from a vaguely
provenanced foreign boogeyman which was played by Amrish Puri.
Amresh Puri’s quote Mogambo Khush Hua” is one of the most
famous quotes of bollywood used here in this film!

9. Shahenshah ( 29 January 1988)

The Bollywood vigilante film Shahenshah, in which Bacchan played a
Batmanstyle costumed vigilante. The story of the film was written by
his wife Jaya Bachchan. Unfortunately, most of the people make fun
of it. From the storyline to screening, it was just a hilarious!

10. Toofan ( 11 August 1989)

Most of the spectators have made fun of this one! Here Amitabh prays
to Hanuman to aid him in avenging his father’s murder, and, in return,
the monkey god turns him into a caped crusader that looks like it
came fresh off the rack at Sports Chalet.

11. The Flying Jatt ( 25 August 2016)

Jatt is a reluctant superhero who fights crime and protects people. He
meets his match in the evil Raka, who he must vanquish to save the
day. It was directed by Remo who is the writer too of this story. It
stars Tiger Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez.
